International Logistics Coordinator (Medical Devices)

Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts, United States; onsite role

Hourly pay: $28.00–$31.00

What you will do

• Create documentation required to ship medical devices internationally.
• Arrange shipments from preparation and documentation through distribution and AES filing.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, parcel carriers, international warehouses, business partners, and end customers.
• Resolve complex shipping issues and support timely, accurate delivery.
• Work with Global Trade Compliance to ensure adherence to export regulations, US Customs requirements, and DOT regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in international shipping and documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, internet search, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with international business partners and communicate effectively with customers.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available; applicants must not require ZOLL sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• Certification for transporting lithium batteries under IATA, IMDG, and DOT regulations.
• Experience with Oracle.
• Knowledge of world geography and global socioeconomic conditions.
