Human Resource Business Partner

Location: Hebron, Kentucky, United States; full-time onsite at the warehouse. Schedule: Thursday through Saturday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, with occasional support for night or earlier shifts.

What you will do

• Partner with Operations Managers on workforce planning, long-term site needs, and scalable HR processes for approximately 650–700 employees.
• Provide daily direction and dotted-line leadership to HRAs, coordinators, and generalists.
• Coach managers and supervisors, lead leadership development, manage performance improvement, and support succession planning.
• Handle complex employee-relations matters, conduct objective investigations, and support compliance with employment laws.
• Analyze HR metrics and HRIS data to improve workplace culture, retention, and business outcomes.
• Oversee benefits liaison activities, accommodation requests, onboarding, training, HRIS data, badge systems, OSHA logs, vendors, and recruitment support.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of HR generalist-level or equivalent experience, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environments.
• A four-year degree, unless strong work experience provides an equivalent foundation.
• Ability to work onsite in Hebron during the designated shift schedule.
• Strong employee-relations expertise and working knowledge of EEOC, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, and ACA regulations.
• Experience with leadership development, manager coaching, policy writing, benefits liaison work, and complex employee-relations cases.
• Strong communication, analytical, computer, confidentiality, and independent decision-making skills.
