Senior Supervisor, Electric Field Operations

Location: Hartford, CT; travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire is required as necessary.

Annual salary: $136,280–$151,420, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Lead the safe, timely, and efficient execution of electric field operations.
• Coordinate work among district teams, utilities, Eversource departments, and outside contractors.
• Prioritize resources, authorize reallocations, and ensure work remains within budget.
• Coach supervisors, lead work center activities during manager absences, and drive process improvements.
• Manage employee performance, labor relations, grievances, and local union contract application.
• Participate in storm duty, emergency restoration, and rotational on-call coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• 8–10 years of related experience and previous supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of safe construction, operation, and maintenance of electric transmission and distribution facilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and people-management skills.
• Ability to maintain switching and tagging qualifications and use Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid motor vehicle license required; D.O.T. driver’s license preferred.
