Staff Privacy Analyst (Data Privacy)

Location: Hybrid role based at the hirify.global office closest to the employee, with on-site attendance required 3 days per week.

Annual salary: $105,000–$230,000.

What you will do

• Facilitate Privacy Assessments and Privacy by Design initiatives with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop reporting that identifies privacy risks and recommendations.
• Support management reporting on program maturity and privacy risk.
• Optimize governance, risk, and compliance tools, including OneTrust.
• Lead data privacy incident response and support the development of notices, policies, and procedures.
• Support regulatory change management through operational privacy action plans and Privacy by Design requirements.

Requirements

• Prior team lead or management experience in privacy compliance or an operational privacy role.
• Strong knowledge of CCPA, GLBA, controller/processor applicability, and related legal and regulatory obligations.
• Ability to interpret laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance.
• Experience with data discovery, data structures, data governance, and cybersecurity principles.
• IAPP certification and a bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting data privacy programs.
