What you will do

• Develop, implement, and support adoption of third-party data governance practices.
• Enhance the third-party data inventory system and related processes.
• Support certification processes for new third-party data transfers.
• Facilitate enterprise data governance, data inventory, data protection, and records and information management programs.
• Support privacy compliance activities involving third-party data sharing, vendor risk management, retention and disposal schedules, contractual data protection, and sensitive data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Law, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in data governance, data privacy, compliance, or related data management roles.
• Understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, other privacy regulations, and data classifications such as CPNI and SPI.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing technical documents and contracts related to third-party data transfers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain privacy and governance concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work periodically onsite in the Dallas/Plano, Texas office.
