What you will do

• Manage customer communications for key accounts.
• Process and coordinate customer orders.
• Handle quote requests and account-related issues.
• Support the Director of Order Management and Contract Support.
• Support the Senior Manager of Sales Operations for Assistive Technology.

Requirements

• Strong communication, careful listening, and hearing abilities.
• Ability to work for prolonged periods while sitting.
• Ability to perform occasional standing and walking.
• Close and distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
