Senior Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote, Toronto, ON, Canada

Hourly range: $110–130/hour

hirify.global delivers SaaS Corporate Actions and Tax Reporting applications and associated platform components for clients in the wealth management and capital markets sectors.

What you will do

• Manage user testing strategies, execution tracking, issue triage, reporting, and client escalation.
• Plan and deliver internal and client training, including materials, demonstrations, and hands-on product sessions.
• Define data integration mappings, application configuration, conversion strategies, and migration runbooks.
• Lead mock conversions, go-live activities, production readiness, environment setup, releases, and reconciliation against legacy outputs.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, change control, governance, reporting, and escalation across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate implementation resources and represent hirify.global in steering committees and working groups.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a conversion or implementation consultant/manager delivering SaaS projects for wealth or capital markets organizations.
• 7+ years of project management experience and 5+ years of team leadership experience managing teams of up to five resources.
• Experience with large-scale projects, full project lifecycles, governance, agile delivery, and JIRA.
• Strong client-facing communication, critical thinking, control-process design, senior-level reporting, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with data analysis using SQL and Excel.
• Asset Servicing experience covering corporate actions, dividends, coupons, tax, entitlements, data quality, integrations, and reconciliations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Asset Servicing platforms in wealth management, investment banking, or other financial environments.
• Knowledge of equities, fixed income, US market participants, or hirify.global products such as Astrid, BPS, Impact, IPE/Gloss, ICS Notifications, or Data Control.
