Service Now Developer (ServiceNow)

Location: 229 W 43rd St, New York, NY 10036, USA; an in-person interview may be required before a hiring decision.

Salary: USD 120,000–150,000 yearly

What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, portals, and platform customizations.
• Build ITSM solutions for incident, change, problem, request, and knowledge management.
• Enhance CMDB capabilities, configuration-item discovery, service mapping, data quality, and dependency modeling.
• Develop integrations with AWS and other cloud platforms, identity systems, monitoring tools, infrastructure services, and enterprise applications.
• Automate provisioning requests, approvals, incident workflows, and service delivery processes using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Support platform governance, upgrades, testing, release management, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Discovery.
• Experience developing Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong JavaScript skills and experience with APIs, integrations, automation frameworks, enterprise IT operations, and service management processes.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, infrastructure operations, analytical troubleshooting, and technical communication.
