Lead ServiceNow Engineer (ServiceNow)

Location: Onsite at a hirify.global office in Alpharetta, Georgia; Birmingham, Alabama; Chicago, Illinois; Dallas, Texas; Downers Grove, Illinois; or Jacksonville, Florida

Salary: $89,000–$148,100 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate business, security, functional, and integration requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Lead ServiceNow enhancements, integrations, automation, modernization, upgrades, releases, and environment-management activities.
• Build and support ITSM, Service Catalog, Strategic Portfolio Management, CMDB, and CSDM capabilities.
• Investigate complex production and integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate remediation.
• Establish engineering standards, review technical solutions, document reusable patterns, and mentor administrators and developers.

Requirements

• Approximately 7+ years of ServiceNow engineering, development, administration, technical leadership, or architecture experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and at least one current Certified Implementation Specialist or comparable advanced certification.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, file-based integrations, distributed processes, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience with upgrades, release management, testing, production deployment, security controls, CMDB, CSDM, and platform architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, technical documentation, and communication skills.
