Location: Alexandria, Virginia, United States; hybrid, remote, or onsite work may be available based on business and team requirements.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, configure, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and sustain ServiceNow applications and module enhancements.
• Build business rules, scripts, Flow Designer workflows, IntegrationHub solutions, APIs, custom applications, portals, and workspaces.
• Develop and maintain complex REST/SOAP integrations, data flows, orchestrations, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Support CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, ITOM, release planning, deployment, validation, and defect resolution.
• Support legacy-system retirement through migration planning, data mapping, and workflow transition.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, testers, and government stakeholders; conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance.
• IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of software development or IT engineering experience and 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow data structures, custom applications, and workflows.
• Experience with enterprise ITSM, ITOM, CSDM/CMDB, Agile/Scrum, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or Application Developer.
• Federal environment, platform modernization, legacy-system retirement, secure coding, cybersecurity controls, enterprise architecture, or ATF testing experience.
