Senior Engineer - Site Design

Location: Oklahoma City, OK, with flexible remote and hybrid options and access to hirify.global office locations in the listed regions. Travel for in-office activities, client meetings, and site visits may be required.

What you will do

• Lead complex site development projects and provide high-level technical civil engineering design.
• Support mixed-use, commercial, residential, industrial, sports, school, and other land development projects.
• Execute QA/QC plans, review plans, and maintain project quality standards.
• Mentor and train technical staff while raising the team’s technical expertise.
• Develop technical resources, improve production efficiency, and support project requirements.
• Review contracts and supervise or direct professionals and technical staff as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8 or more years of related civil engineering experience.
• Registered professional status and at least four years of experience supervising technical personnel.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
