Civil Design Engineer (Civil 3D)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Diego, California

Base salary: $68,000–$99,000 per year, plus an annual bonus

What you will do

• Support Project Engineers and Project Managers with assigned project tasks and deliverables.
• Prepare and coordinate presentations and technical documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction document phases.
• Review, track, and process construction administration documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across studios in California and Texas.
• Participate in professional associations and industry activities to support continued learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Broad understanding of civil engineering principles and experience with site development.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience.
• Employment eligibility is confirmed through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
