What you will do

• Architect, engineer, and deliver complex enterprise-level data product ecosystems.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into robust full-stack technical solutions.
• Own system architecture, performance strategy, and solutions spanning multiple systems.
• Design complex data solutions and data marts from scratch.
• Provide technical guidance to leadership and formally mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• At least 5 years of progressive hands-on experience in BI Engineering, Data Product Development, or Full Stack Analytics.
• Expert SQL skills, including performance tuning and database optimization.
• Expertise in ETL, data modeling, data warehouse architecture, and application design.
• Expert proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and the Microsoft BI Stack, including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Knowledge of ALM, CI/CD, and DevOps for analytics, along with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Epic Cogito certification obtained within one year of the start date.
• Multiple tool-specific certifications obtained within one year of the start date.
