Associate Director, Virtual Care (Healthcare)

Location: New York City, NY, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office. Thursdays are required in-office days, with two additional flexible office days.

Salary: $180,504–$236,911 per year, plus benefits and annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Set and execute the Virtual Care department strategy to improve program performance and identify new opportunities.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with key business units.
• Manage strategic company and department programs from development through implementation.
• Evaluate financial and operational performance dashboards and drive improvements.
• Translate program performance into materials for senior leadership reporting.
• Develop and support direct reports through professional growth and performance management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors.
• 3+ years of project planning experience.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule from the New York City office, including 3 in-office days per week.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Management consulting experience focused on healthcare.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Experience with Excel and financial modeling.
