Senior Manager, Venture Operations

Location: New York, NY, United States

Base salary: $144,100–$195,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Serve on the core cross-functional team supporting the Ventures organization.
• Partner on annual and quarterly strategic planning processes.
• Ideate, size, and prioritize initiatives across Ventures and other growth levers.
• Translate strategic priorities into deployment plans that account for operational realities and enable rapid execution.
• Identify and remove obstacles that slow execution or put company objectives at risk.
• Coordinate with Analytics, Product Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams while synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and/or operations roles, including business or revenue operations, sales operations, product, program management, project management, or expansion.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with leaders at all levels.
• Resourcefulness, adaptability, and the ability to remain effective under pressure.
• Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing environment and solve ambiguous challenges.
• Strong stakeholder influence and interpersonal collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in New York, NY
