Associate Director, Virtual Care

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States. Hybrid schedule with three days in the Tempe office per week; Thursdays are required for team meetings and events.

Salary: $162,453–$213,220 per year, plus annual performance bonuses and employee benefits.

What you will do

• Set and execute the Virtual Care team’s strategy to improve program performance and identify new opportunities.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities with key business units.
• Manage strategic initiatives from development through implementation.
• Evaluate financial and operational performance dashboards to drive improvements.
• Prepare program performance materials for senior leadership reporting.
• Develop and support direct reports in their professional growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors.
• 3+ years of project planning experience.
• Ability to collaborate with operations, product, data, and clinical teams.
• Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Healthcare-focused management consulting experience.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Excel and financial modeling.
