Director, Partnership Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Remote

Base salary: $178,500–$210,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead implementation and performance management for payer and risk-bearing partnerships from contract execution through maturity.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders and maintain alignment across partner-specific workstreams.
• Build data-backed insights and executive presentations that communicate partnership impact.
• Identify and operationalize process improvements that improve contract performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Care Delivery, Data, and Operations teams to resolve challenges and deliver outcomes.
• Own joint operating committees and business reviews, communicating progress, insights, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or healthcare operations.
• Experience with complex partnerships and exposure to payer, provider, or care delivery environments.
• Ability to analyze, structure, and execute high-impact projects in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including synthesizing complex information into concise executive-ready materials.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence cross-functional teams, and own work from problem definition through implementation.
• Analytical and practical problem-solving skills, including interpreting metrics and connecting them to outcomes.

Nice to have

• Background in healthcare, care management, or value-based care.
• Combined consulting and in-house experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Familiarity with performance metrics, financial modeling, or partner success management.
