Strategy & Operations Manager (Behavioral Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; not hiring in Hawaii

Salary: $118,000–$136,800 annual base salary; equity offered, with no bonus for this role.

What you will do

• Lead the expansion of in-person psychiatry services and build an office safety and suitability program.
• Serve as the operational lead and subject matter expert for in-person psychiatry.
• Partner with supply teams to establish provider acquisition channels and develop value propositions.
• Design demand generation strategies and maintain regulatory compliance across target markets.
• Take ownership of new high-impact initiatives as the in-person care model scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, chief-of-staff, or analytical roles at a top-tier consulting firm, high-growth technology company, or two-sided marketplace.
• 2+ years of experience leading and executing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, including hands-on data querying and complex financial or operational models in Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex analyses into concise recommendations for varied audiences.
• Experience developing strategy by defining business problems and turning solutions into actionable plans.
• Must be based in the United States; Hawaii is currently excluded.

• Experience in behavioral healthcare.
• Experience with strategic planning or OKR processes.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting.
• Organizational and project management experience with tools such as Notion, Asana, or Jira.
