Healthcare Consulting Associate - Revenue Cycle

Location: Remote role associated with Chicago, United States; travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is required, averaging less than 50% annually

Salary: $100,000–$145,000 base salary annually; total estimated compensation including incentive compensation is $112,000–$171,100

What you will do

• Lead one or more project workstreams using established consulting methodologies and best practices.
• Partner with client stakeholders to design and implement revenue cycle and operational improvement solutions.
• Collect and analyze complex data, identify gaps and risks, and develop sustainable recommendations.
• Summarize findings and present recommendations to hirify.global and client leadership.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to junior project team members.
• Deliver solutions tailored to the needs of healthcare organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment.
• Experience with hospital or physician revenue cycle initiatives, department operations, operational transformation, and change management.
• Experience managing project workplans and deliverables involving denials management, revenue integrity, and patient access services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• US work authorization and willingness to travel as required are mandatory.
