Showroom Manager (Interior Design)

Location: Denver, CO; showroom-based role with minimal regional and national travel

Salary: $62,410–$78,865 per year

What you will do

• Manage the showroom’s daily operations, appearance, brand presentation, inventory, supplies, and customer experience.
• Sell hirify.global products by providing knowledgeable, white-glove support to homeowners, consumers, and trade professionals.
• Develop outreach programs for residential interior designers, architects, remodelers, retailers, fabricators, and other local trade partners.
• Plan and host showroom events, trainings, executive tours, and product knowledge presentations.
• Assist with design solutions, coordinate communication between customers and internal representatives, and support field sales activities.
• Maintain lead data in Salesforce, manage expenses, and coach and support showroom employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in a retail or showroom environment.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and handle display, sample, and event setup materials.
• Ability to use telephone and computer systems and travel minimally on a regional and national basis.

Nice to have

• Experience in the commercial or residential interior design industry.
• Familiarity with industry associations such as the National Kitchen and Bath Association and the International Interior Design Association.
