Sales Associate/ Design Consultant - Full Time

Location: On-site at Lakeside Shopping Center, Metairie, Louisiana, USA

Salary: $24,003 lowest hourly base to $350,000 annual, plus commission, monthly sales incentives, and quarterly bonuses.

What you will do

• Deliver customer service, space planning assistance, and an exceptional guest experience.
• Use the selling model to close transactions and achieve monthly sales and productivity standards.
• Build product knowledge and maintain a guest book to generate and cultivate business.
• Follow up with guests before and after sales and at delivery.
• Resolve guest concerns and complete opening, closing, and operational duties.
• Collaborate with store colleagues, attend meetings, and act on management feedback.
