Sales and Design Consultant

Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA; requires regular showroom hours and travel to customers' homes

Training salary: $2,000 bi-weekly; after training, uncapped earning structure with no base salary and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Consult with customers in their homes and design personalized storage solutions using proprietary CAD software.
• Manage company-generated and self-generated leads from initial contact through project completion.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through referrals and repeat business.
• Create designs during consultations and upload required documents to the CXM Salesforce system.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with the installation team to ensure successful completion.
• Manage projects and client portfolios of varying complexity and participate in meetings and training.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience using laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Creative, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of craftsmanship.
• Interior design education, direct industry experience, or in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Previous Salesforce, CAD, or design software experience is preferred.
