Sales Associate / Design Consultant - Full Time

Location: Full-time onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA at 4400 Sharon Road, Space L13B.

Compensation: $24,003 lowest hourly base to $350,000 annual, including commission, monthly sales incentives, and quarterly bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide customer service, space planning assistance, and an exceptional guest experience.
• Meet monthly sales and productivity standards using the company’s selling model.
• Build product knowledge and maintain a guest book to generate and cultivate business.
• Conduct proactive follow-up before and after sales and at delivery.
• Resolve guest concerns and complete opening, closing, and operational system duties.
• Collaborate with team members, participate in meetings and one-on-ones, and act on management feedback.
