Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering (Site Security)

Location: US Remote; travel up to 60% is required for customer engagements, proof-of-concept work, site assessments, field activities, and company events.

Salary: $215,000–$270,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, hire, develop, and retain Site Security Solutions Engineers and a Solutions Specialist.
• Own team quota, technical forecasting, pipeline reviews, territory alignment, and technical win rates.
• Build repeatable technical sales motions for data centers, corrections, military installations, corporate campuses, healthcare, manufacturing, and executive protection.
• Drive customer engagements from discovery and site assessments through paid trials, first deployments, multi-site expansion, and fleet-wide security programs.
• Create security playbooks, reference architectures, demo environments, site-readiness standards, and integration guidance.
• Translate customer requirements into product input, especially around AI and computer vision capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, physical security, video surveillance, or critical infrastructure protection.
• Deep knowledge of VMS platforms, access control and PACS, perimeter intrusion detection, and video analytics.
• Experience with AI and computer vision limitations in security use cases.
• Experience with dock-based or remotely operated UAS deployments, including site planning, networking, and RF considerations.
• Experience with enterprise security reviews, InfoSec questionnaires, penetration testing requirements, and on-premises deployment constraints.
• FAA Part 107 Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire; ability to travel up to 60% and lift up to 60 lbs; ability to pass customer-required background screening.

Nice to have

• Experience leading specialist, overlay, or center-of-excellence teams.
• Experience building enablement, documentation, or certification programs.
• Experience in data center, corrections, or military installation security.
• Knowledge of counter-UAS, airspace deconfliction, Salesforce, Jira, Databricks, or equivalent tools.
