Implementation Director (Federal)

Location: Hybrid, with at least 3 days per week in either the Chicago or San Francisco office; approximately 40% travel expected.

Salary: $150,000–$195,000 estimated annual base salary, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead new site implementations, product implementations, and large-scale expansion events for the Federal program.
• Serve as the primary implementation contact for Federal counterparts during initial deployments and ongoing implementation work.
• Create, coordinate, and execute project plans with internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Lead project phases including kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live success.
• Manage project risks and issues, develop contingency plans, and escalate problems with proposed solutions.
• Develop implementation strategies, drive product adoption, improve processes and tools, and build repeatable processes for a scalable Federal program.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience focused on software deployment and implementation.
• Track record of delivering healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation through completion.
• Experience with both new site implementations and ongoing product implementation and adoption efforts.
• Experience implementing within the Federal ecosystem; collaboration with the VA is a significant plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, use data to guide decisions, resolve conflicts, and maintain attention to detail and quality.
• Familiarity with systems requiring strict privacy and security protocols, tiered support organizations, and escalation procedures.
