Program Delivery Lead (Behavioral Health)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Translate behavioral health portfolio strategy into product delivery across Medicare Advantage and Medicaid.
• Monitor behavioral health network access, including substance use disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and dementia services.
• Develop and manage provider scorecards and tiering systems to measure provider performance and quality.
• Partner with network, adequacy, and market leadership teams to improve network quality and efficiency.
• Launch and lead pay-for-performance initiatives and expand value-based programs.
• Manage joint operating committees and relationships with large provider groups, resolving issues and developing strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in network strategy, provider relations, or behavioral health management within a managed care setting.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships and engaging internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, including provider performance measurement and network adequacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with value-based care and pay-for-performance models.
• In-depth knowledge of behavioral health provider networks serving Medicare Advantage and Medicaid populations.
• Experience managing complex provider relationships and driving collaborative outcomes.
