Growth Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States; synchronous collaboration is primarily from 9 AM–2 PM PT.

Salary: Senior $180,000–$200,000 USD annually; Staff $200,000–$220,000 USD annually. Equity and bonus opportunities are offered.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product and visual design for onboarding and new-user experiences.
• Scope and run experiments, conduct customer research, test prototypes, and refine user experiences.
• Design rapid experiments, A/B tests, and initiatives focused on engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to define features, address technical constraints, and support implementation.
• Learn the design system and take ownership of product design projects that improve the experience for new members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing for both mobile and web at a consumer-focused company.
• Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and a systems-thinking approach.
• Experience designing experiments and 0-to-1 end-to-end experiences.
• Ability to work closely with founders, product managers, and engineers in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, proactively identify blockers, and adjust velocity to project scope.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Claude Design, or code, and with paid and organic marketing processes.

• Experience in a rapidly changing industry and curiosity for learning new tools and approaches.
