Talent Acquisition Associate (AI/Autonomous Driving)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States. Full-time hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office, with the remaining time flexible for remote work.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume frontline, technical, specialist, and manager-level Fleet Operations roles.
• Build scalable candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and multiple attraction channels, including for Vehicle Safety Operators.
• Partner with hiring managers and Directors on role definition, assessment, market conditions, candidate quality, and closing strategies.
• Deliver structured interviewing, timely feedback, and a consistent, inclusive candidate experience.
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, and Fleet Operations on workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success independently delivering full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced or scaling organization.
• Experience recruiting across high-volume, professional, and manager-level roles.
• Strong direct-sourcing skills and experience using multiple attraction channels.
• Confidence advising senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and translating business needs into hiring strategies.
• Strong organization, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to balance competing priorities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment data, and market insights.

Nice to have

• Experience in fleet operations, automotive, logistics, manufacturing, field operations, mobility, customer operations, or another high-volume operational environment.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple locations or working with globally distributed stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system.
• Experience designing volume-hiring campaigns, recruitment events, or structured assessment processes.
• Startup experience with evolving priorities and processes.

Hiring process

• Initial recruiter call lasting 30 minutes.
• Competency interviews lasting two hours total, followed by deep-dive technical interviews lasting two hours total.
• Final one-hour interview focused on mission and values alignment.
