Principal Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; onsite at the San Jose Great Oaks Headquarters

Salary: $157,700–$210,300 annually

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles across Product Management, Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, IT Infrastructure, Corporate Strategy, and New Business Ventures.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leaders to develop hiring strategies and deliver high-quality candidate experiences.
• Provide compensation benchmarking, competitor talent mapping, skills availability analysis, pipeline reporting, and other market intelligence.
• Advise VPs, Directors, and business leaders on workforce planning, role calibration, leveling, and competitive offers.
• Lead recruiting programs and process improvements covering structured interviews, manager enablement, diversity sourcing, candidate experience, and role intake.
• Evaluate and apply recruiting technology and AI tools for sourcing, outreach, screening, market research, job description drafting, and pipeline analytics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for product, materials science, hardware, firmware, software, IT, or corporate strategy roles.
• Strong data-driven recruiting, compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and stakeholder advisory skills.
• Experience building recruiting programs, improving processes, or leading talent acquisition transformation initiatives.
• Fluency with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, ATS or CRM tools, and AI-assisted recruiting workflows.
• Ability to operate independently in complex, matrixed, global environments and influence senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in semiconductor, data storage, hardware, or enterprise technology sectors.
• Combination of agency or executive search and in-house corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience with workforce planning, organizational design, or HR business partnering.
• Proficiency with Beamery, SeekOut, Gem, Tableau, or Power BI.
