Head of SASE (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, with regular travel within the DACH region; listed locations are Munich and Berlin, Germany.

What you will do

• Build, lead, and expand a specialist SASE sales team focused on DACH enterprise accounts.
• Manage daily sales operations, including pipeline reviews, demand generation, and channel engagement.
• Collaborate with strategic partners through quarterly business reviews.
• Guide the team through major enterprise opportunities, complex negotiations, and large quotas.
• Develop a culture of accountability and high performance while supporting team development.
• Travel regularly within the region for customer meetings, sales activities, and team development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B enterprise field sales experience.
• At least 3 years of cybersecurity leadership experience.
• Technical sales knowledge of SASE and/or SD-WAN solutions.
• Experience selling and managing teams in the SASE market, with a strong network of regional decision-makers.
• Experience managing large quotas and complex enterprise deals.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
