Business Analyst III (Healthcare Supply Chain)

Location: Office location or remote work in the USA; willingness to travel up to 5% is required.

Salary: $81,000–$108,000 per year base salary.

What you will do

• Own the Supply Chain Health Assessment process and analyze item masters, purchase order histories, vendor masters, ERP data, and other data sets.
• Develop assessments, reporting, and client-facing presentations that support sales and solution engineering activities.
• Act as a subject matter expert for healthcare supply chain data, ERP systems, industry processes, and data-specific questions.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, Enterprise Business Intelligence, Product, and Development to improve assessment tools and internal reporting.
• Contribute to the long-term roadmap for assessment tools and identify new data and analytics capabilities.
• Independently prioritize competing requests and provide guidance on complex or ambiguous data problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of supply chain experience; experience with an MBA or another related advanced degree is also applicable.
• Experience with ERP and/or EMR systems and the ability to format and analyze large data sets using Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to translate high-level business problems into structured analytical approaches with minimal direction.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with C-level, functional, technical, and customer stakeholders.
• Strong written communication, public speaking, business acumen, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI and generative AI tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to identify trends and improve client-facing deliverables.
