Analyst Prime Vendor (Healthcare)

Location: Remote - Maryland, United States

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual, with bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze and present pricing, inventory, distribution, and sales performance trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, sales teams, vendors, and procurement contacts.
• Manage contract terms, brand conversions, savings initiatives, projects, and KPI performance.
• Review pricing rules, identify discrepancies, and coordinate approvals with sales teams.
• Resolve inventory surplus, backorders, and outstanding invoice issues with internal teams.
• Develop and maintain reporting with Sales, IS, Finance, supply chain, and materials services teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of sales analysis and support experience, or a high school diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify trends, issues, and exceptions.
• Experience creating presentations for internal and external audiences and maintaining professional relationships.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, charts, sorting, formatting, and print setup.
• Willingness to travel for business needs such as training, account meetings, and development.

Nice to have

• Healthcare analytics experience.
• Inventory or supply chain analytics experience.
• Experience delivering training and creating process documentation or user manuals.
