Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design and manage success plans for strategic enterprise customers from onboarding and implementation through adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Track and report customer health, satisfaction, retention, growth, and business outcomes.
• Act as the customer voice by sharing product feedback and collaborating with Product Development, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Support.
• Lead training, health checks, upgrades, workshops, and other customer development programs.
• Maintain customer records and identify references and case study opportunities.
• Help improve processes and systems across the Customer Success program.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, technical account manager, or in a related customer-facing role at a cybersecurity SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with security product enablement, product health checks, alert and response rule configuration or tuning, and remediation of Active Directory and Entra security posture vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of NIST incident response, MITRE ATT&CK, APTs, identity and access management, and security team structures.
• Knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, IAM, SIEM, zero trust, and threat intelligence.
• Understanding of on-premises and cloud architectures, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2.
• Fluent German and English language skills are required.
