Vice President, Procurement and Supply Chain

Location: El Segundo, California, United States (Hybrid)

Salary: $200,000–$220,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year integrated procurement and supply chain strategy aligned with global growth objectives.
• Lead the sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply planning, inventory, and logistics organization.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, preferred supplier networks, executive negotiations, and supplier performance governance.
• Oversee end-to-end movement of goods between global suppliers, contract manufacturers, and the distribution center across air, sea, truck, and rail.
• Coordinate S&OP with Demand Planning, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Project Management.
• Drive cost savings, margin optimization, supply chain resilience, quality governance, and contingency planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or another advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive procurement and supply chain experience in Health & Beauty or consumer products, including 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience building and scaling teams across sourcing/procurement and end-to-end supply chain functions.
• Expertise in global supplier management, contract negotiation, commercial strategy, demand and supply planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Experience with Open Book costing, Should-Cost modeling, total cost of ownership, COGS strategy, and budget accountability.
• Deep MRP/ERP experience; Oracle Planning Cloud and NetSuite experience are strongly preferred. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.
