Senior Procurement Business Partner

Location: San Francisco, New York, Portland, or remote within Canada or the United States

Salary: $154,200–$192,800 USD for employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area; $138,800–$173,500 USD for other US locations; $145,800–$182,200 USD for Canadian employees.

What you will do

• Own procurement intake and deal execution from request through contract signature and supplier onboarding.
• Design and improve procurement processes, policies, controls, and playbooks.
• Lead contract negotiations, including redlines, pricing discussions, commercial strategy, and vendor communications.
• Administer procure-to-pay and procurement tools, maintaining workflows, controls, integrations, and accurate vendor data.
• Manage vendor operations, including renewals, pricing changes, SLAs, records, and performance tracking.
• Partner with Accounts Payable, Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders on risk reviews, reporting, dashboards, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, P2P operations, finance, or operations.
• Hands-on experience with P2P or procurement systems such as Zip, Coupa, Ariba, or similar tools.
• Experience independently leading negotiations with meaningful commercial outcomes.
• Experience building or materially improving procurement processes and managing vendor risk, compliance, or third-party reviews.
• Strong operational judgment, attention to detail, data skills, and ability to build practical dashboards.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
