Sales Development Representative (Spanish Speaking)

Location: Full-time office role based in Barcelona, Spain; relocation support is offered.

Salary: €40,600 OTE (€35,000 basic salary plus commission).

What you will do

• Cold call potential independent retailers.
• Present the benefits of partnering with hirify.global.
• Identify decision-makers and build strong business relationships.
• Understand retailer needs and close B2B sales.
• Work toward and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Full business proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
• Completed higher education.
• Strong charisma and the ability to engage people quickly.
• Natural sales ability, resilience after rejection, and a persistent approach.
• Ability to influence decisions and build customer relationships.
