Order Management Associate (Junior)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work model available.

What you will do

• Process customer orders accurately from order intake through delivery.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve issues.
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely completion across order-management activities.
• Monitor pending transactions, manage approvals, and escalate risks or delays.
• Handle after-sales inquiries, resolve post-sales issues, and provide timely customer updates.

Requirements

• Previous experience in order management, customer service, sales support, customer support, or a similar customer-facing operational role.
• Experience managing orders, documentation, customer requests, or administrative and commercial processes.
• Intermediate to advanced English required for communication with global stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused, service-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
