Senior Robotics Engineer

Location: Full-time onsite in Irving, Texas (Dallas), five days per week. Domestic relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $112,710.00–$183,140.00 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and ship autonomy components across perception, motion planning, control, and learning.
• Take robotics components from prototypes through production deployment on real hardware.
• Participate in robotics software test reviews, analysis, witnessing, and certification.
• Contribute across the autonomy stack while providing depth in at least one specialty.
• Deploy and operate software on real off-road machines and customer sites.
• Work in small, outcome-owning engineering pods.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related engineering experience.
• Strong robotics generalist skills with expertise in at least one of AI, motion planning, perception, controls, or SLAM.
• Production-quality C++ and Python programming skills.
• Experience with ROS or a similar robotics framework in real systems.
• Full-lifecycle product experience, from idea and prototyping through production.
• Experience with real-world or field robotics, autonomous vehicles, simulation, or on-vehicle deployment.

Nice to have

• Learning-based control or perception experience.
• Experience with foundation or VLA-style models.
• MLOps and ML training-infrastructure expertise.
