Human Resource Representative, Client Implementation (HR Compliance)

What you will do

• Support client HR services focused on liability management, policy and handbook development, and compliance tracking.
• Develop and implement handbooks, policies, time-off tracking, and other foundational HR compliance solutions.
• Research federal and state employment laws and advise service providers on HR processes and mandatory leave requirements.
• Assess client HR practices, recommend solutions, develop customized policies, and follow up on client satisfaction.
• Coordinate compliance training and communicate mandated requirements to client worksite employees.
• Document and monitor assigned projects while collaborating with HR specialists, internal departments, and field service personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• One to two years of human resources experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance practices.
• Ability to present complex or controversial topics clearly and logically to different audiences.
