Consultant Engagement Manager

What you will do

• Develop and execute employee engagement programs, surveys, and pulse checks.
• Design recognition initiatives, milestone celebrations, rewards, and culture-focused activities.
• Identify retention risks and trends, develop retention strategies, and coordinate escalations.
• Monitor employee sentiment and workforce health through dashboards and early-warning indicators.
• Provide employee support, advocacy, and escalation coordination with an empathetic approach.
• Coordinate engagement and culture initiatives with Operations, Delivery, Program Management, Consultant Engagement, and Corporate HR.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in employee engagement, workforce experience, retention strategy, or related HR fields.
• Strong understanding of engagement methodologies and retention drivers.
• Experience supporting large, distributed workforces.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in managed services, staffing, or contingent workforce environments.
• Familiarity with engagement platforms and survey tools.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CCP, or related certification.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global operating model.
