Senior Analytics Engineer (dbt/Snowflake)

What you will do

• Identify high-value opportunities where data, analytics, or automation can improve business outcomes.
• Own projects from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and impact measurement.
• Partner with business stakeholders to shape solutions to ambiguous problems and challenge assumptions.
• Build scalable, production-quality data models in dbt and reusable data foundations for BI, operational workflows, ML, and AI use cases.
• Improve data quality, consistency, and usability through modeling, testing, documentation, and metric governance.
• Contribute to technical design and knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience solving complex business problems with data in analytics engineering, data engineering, data science, analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience independently identifying opportunities and owning projects through delivery and adoption.
• Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders and influencing solution direction.
• Excellent SQL skills and proficiency with Python.
• Extensive experience with dbt and Snowflake, including reusable data models for self-service analytics.
• Experience with BI dashboards, semantic layers, and governed metric definitions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with predictive modeling and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with reverse ETL and data activation.
• Front-end development experience and experience creating user-facing applications.
