What you will do

• Lead the creation and optimization of data models using AI code generation for event, customer, and process-level data.
• Standardize business and product metric definitions in optimized datasets and develop detailed data dictionaries.
• Build data quality and lineage monitoring, implementing AI agents for automated resolution and false positive reduction.
• Manage business-critical pipelines, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure SLAs are met through AI-driven automation.
• Translate complex requirements from non-technical partners into automated end-to-end data solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8 years with a Master’s degree.
• High proficiency in SQL, Python, and dbt.
• Experience designing medium-to-large scale data engineering solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience with ETL scheduling technologies such as Airflow or Prefect.
• Strong expertise in schema design, dimensional data modeling, and data lineage monitoring.
• Experience implementing data-driven decisions through AI and agentic automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
• Proficiency with Github and Terraform.
• Experience using Omni for dashboarding.
