Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: U.S. (Remote). This role is remote-first but requires legal authorization to work in the United States. Employer visa sponsorship is not available.

Base salary: $75k–$105k per year, based on level and experience.

hirify.global provides a digital ordering and order management platform for post-acute care, connecting health systems, health plans, suppliers, clinicians, and patients.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for home medical equipment providers, managing timelines, milestones, resources, and implementation associates.
• Activate platform features including AI Intake, documentation workflows, and signature requests in collaboration with customers, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Develop and present data-driven insights to identify partnership opportunities, solve operational challenges, and guide decisions.
• Design and execute process improvements that increase onboarding efficiency and reduce friction in digital transformation journeys.
• Support new product launches, gather customer feedback, and provide insights to the Product team.
• Lead customized demos and training while consulting on API integrations, interoperability, and technical implementation practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech.
• Experience implementing or managing healthcare or SaaS platforms and leading cross-functional technology adoption or process modernization projects.
• Strong analytical, project management, consulting, communication, and process improvement skills.
• Experience with advanced Excel; familiarity with Tableau, HubSpot, and JIRA.
• Interest in AI, digital workflow automation, system interoperability, and technical topics.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; this role is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.

• Experience with API integrations.
• Exposure to AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability.
