Director, Clinical AI Operations (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

hirify.global' Mosaic Clinical Technologies is developing MosaicOS, a cloud-native AI platform for medical imaging that integrates clinical technologies and supports radiology teams.

What you will do

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on radiology workflows and AI-enabled tools.
• Design, test, and validate clinical and technical workflows for AI solution deployment.
• Build scalable processes for clinical AI programs and monitor performance, utilization, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate engineering, data science, operations, vendors, clients, and clinical stakeholders.
• Manage project planning, documentation, resource allocation, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Translate clinical needs into technical requirements and support training, documentation, troubleshooting, and AI adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting radiology or related clinical workflows, software, and technologies.
• 5+ years of experience managing clinical or technical projects.
• Experience leading complex AI, IT, or data project portfolios across internal teams, vendors, and external clients.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong cross-functional communication, presentation, training, prioritization, delegation, and risk-management skills.
• A bachelor's degree in a healthcare or technology-related field is preferred.
