Technical Program Manager, Solutions Delivery (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel to company offsites or key meetings may be required. Candidates must already have US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $115,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Own delivery reporting for Customer Solutions, including program status, risks, dates, and executive updates.
• Manage intake, triage, prioritization, and routing of requests from Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
• Track customer integration and onboarding programs from kickoff through go-live, surfacing blockers and monitoring committed dates.
• Create technical training, product guides, documentation, and support resources for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Define success metrics, dashboards, and feedback loops for tools and integrations.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Leadership, and the PMO around delivery standards and platform priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or project management in a technology environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from definition through delivery.
• Experience working with engineering and customer-facing teams and translating between them.
• Technical understanding of APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and AI/LLM tooling.
• Experience creating training materials and technical documentation for varied audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; US work authorization is required.

• Healthcare, diagnostics, or health IT experience.
• Hands-on use of agentic AI tools.
• Enterprise SaaS onboarding or implementation experience.
• Scripting or light automation skills.
