Senior HR Business Partner (Drivetrain)

Location: East Peoria, Illinois, United States; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation is available for qualified candidates. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year, plus potential annual bonus.

Manufactures construction and mining equipment, engines, industrial gas turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives.

What you will do

• Advise senior management on HR initiatives aligned with strategic business goals.
• Align HR policies and programs to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
• Coach leaders and managers on performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Support the global Integrated Drivetrain engineering and supply chain organization.

Requirements

• Extensive business, operational, and financial knowledge with strong business acumen.
• Deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employee relations, and talent management.
• Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting HR initiatives in a complex business environment.
• Experience with Workday or other HR information systems and applying HR data to decision-making.
• Degree and relevant experience desired; ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions.
