Senior People Partner (Biotech)

Location: On-site in Lodi, California, United States; ability to travel 10% to Sunnyvale, Newark, and other US sites.

Annual salary: $130,000–$178,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Partner with production and functional leaders on talent development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership coaching.
• Drive site culture, change management, and talent initiatives to strengthen leadership capability and improve retention.
• Support employee relations, compliance, attendance, and performance management processes.
• Translate global workforce and talent strategies into locally effective programs with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence.
• Lead change initiatives including reorganizations, workforce transitions, and business transformations.
• Use self-service, case management, people data, and associate insights to support scalable HR execution.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in HR business partnering, organizational effectiveness, and leadership advisory work.
• Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, compliance, talent, and engagement.
• Ability to translate global standards into locally compliant practices and lead complex HR projects.
• Familiarity with lean principles, problem solving, and measurable continuous improvement in HR.
• Ability to work on-site in Lodi, California, United States and travel approximately 10% to US locations.
