Human Resource Business Partner (CCVC) (Veterinary Care)

Location: Plantation, FL or Ocala, FL, United States; travel up to 25% and a flexible schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $86,500–$138,500 base salary annually, plus potential 401(k), equity, and bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide strategic HR support to hirify.global Connected Virtual Care and Modern Animal operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies for telemedicine growth, business integrations, and new business launches.
• Advise leaders on people metrics, workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews, and performance goals.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and Voice of the Team Member routines.
• Partner with talent acquisition on candidate pipelines and interviews for virtual care teams.
• Support employee relations, investigations, policy communications, regulatory compliance, and organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience influencing leaders and aligning people strategies with business goals and growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication, observational, analytical, and change-management skills.
• Proven success with performance management, culture, engagement, retention, and people operations programs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA in HRM and HR certification.
• Experience in retail, veterinary care, human medical, or multisite environments.
• Experience managing and leading HR teams.
• Experience supporting client groups of 250–500+ hourly team members.
