Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Remote in Canada; West Coast time zone preferred

Salary: CAD 85,000–115,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational and corporate goals.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and employee relations.
• Lead performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and other core HR programs.
• Use engagement, retention, compensation, and organizational data to diagnose workforce health.
• Design scalable HR frameworks, processes, and best practices for growth and new product initiatives.
• Drive global HR programs, collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Operations, and use Generative AI to automate routine tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with specialized education or training in Human Resources or a related field.
• 9+ years of HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced, global technology organizations.
• 5+ years building and scaling HR models, frameworks, people processes, and best practices.
• 5+ years advising senior leaders on organizational design and change management.
• 5+ years using people analytics, compensation analysis, and organizational diagnostics.
• Experience with distributed global teams, complex HR programs, employee relations, and employment law compliance.
