Director, Regulatory Operations

Location: Remote in Missouri, United States; authorization to work in the U.S. is required without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year

What you will do

• Direct and oversee regulatory compliance operations for Ambetter products and services.
• Administer regulatory complaints, complaint escalations, and grievance support.
• Research and apply CMS, DOI, OIG, HIPAA, Marketplace, insurance, and contract regulations.
• Coordinate and document responses to CMS and other regulator requests for information.
• Advise departments and management on regulatory issues, compliance requirements, and business impact.
• Develop, maintain, and track compliance policies, procedures, laws, regulations, contracts, amendments, and testing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, operations, or a related area.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
